The signal has to be modulated (the same as a broadcast signal). To do this, you need an RF modulator. Rat Shack sells one that works surprisingly well: the "Video Computer RF Modulator". (cat No 15-1283A). You'll also need a short length of coax to connect it to your TV.-Joe.
