Nothing fancy, around 1k.
Thank you.

I have been using a 32" Philips/Maganavox for about 3-4 years, and have gotten good service out of it.
Alex,
sorry to intrude on your thread (since the 32" Sony XBR is above the specified price range), but I was wondering what others thought about the 32 or 36 XBR. I've lusted after one of these for a while now but haven't committed the $2000. Personally, larger models of other brands/technologies seem indistinct by comparison (until one spends the mega-bucks).Bruce
This one goes to the kitchen - no need to spend a lot. :)
The one I have is the older model - 32XBR200. Absolutely happy with it (after ISF calibration, of course!)
Alex-check out the 32" Sony Wegas and also the equivalent series by Panasonic (Tau)...they should be under $1k (for the non-HDTV variety).
Derek
