  The NEC LT 150 can be had for $2100 b stock or $2400 new. Good projector but no zoom. this is about the base line for decent projection. Stay with 700 lumens minimum, more if you dont have light control.

    at 88 lbs! And only 50".
    A good projector weighs 5-10 lbs, and can throw a 100" picutre easily.
