Help! Would like to buy Panasonic RP-91 ASAP. Have run into a problem. What is the difference between RP-91K and RP-91N? Please help. Thank you.

I would add to EdM's comment that, while I own the black myself, the silver (actaully more of a champaign color) looks much better IMO. The black face plate retains some of the champaign trim pieces and they clash a bit compared to how well the face plate of the champaign unit ties together. In either case I don't think you can buy a better DVD player at the moment without spendings thousands more. Sharp and clean with virtually none of processing artifacts that most all other progressive scan players suffer from.joe
K=silver? N=Black? I had to run to my closet and check the box for this one... Mine says RP91D-N and its the champaign color. My model has the 12bit Dac on it instead of the 10bit thats mentioned on Pannasonics web site. Either way it's a great freakin player, I love it! I use it with a 27" Tau Flat and the picture is simply gorgeous. I can't wait till March when I get a prog scan 36", I dont know what brand yet though, it's a real tough choice between the Sony XBR and the Tau. I don't have Lowe dollars unfortunately. :(Tesfaye
K=Black; N=Champagne (almost silver colored)
