Call B&K and ask for customer service. They are quite nice.. I'll warn you though for the last year (actually more than the last year) they have been telling me 'next month' to upgrade my reference 10 to 30...............Good Luck

This post got me thinking so I called B&K about the 10 to 30 upgrade.. It is actually a 10 to 20+ (The 20+ being a 30 without THX or component video switching).Sorry I didn't ask about the original question posted.. I was too excited!

I have a 20 and I was asking what the upgrade to 20+ would cost. Mind you it only includes half the features in difference between the 20 and 30 and cost $900. I mean seriously folks. The retail on the Ref 20 was $2500 an 30 was $2800 but half the upgrade is $900?. What gives....yeah they have an upgrade plan, but you get half the features of the true upgrade for 1/3 original retail value? Anyone else see the flaw in this?Josh
