Video Asylum

I am considering this amp to power my CDM7SE'S in my home theater system which includes the lexicon DC1. I don't listen that loudly and my budget can't handle anything more expensive.

I recently read a review on this amp in the Home Theater (website http://www.hometheatermag.com/) and they measured the s/n at -58db which according to what I know and I'm no expert is a very poor measurement and way below Rotel's spec. Could they have made a mistake? I always thought Rotel amps were pretty conservatively rated.

Any help would be appreciated I would like to pick it up this weekend.
Are there any better matches for my system within my $600 budget.
