which one is better when listen to 2 channel stereo. ? i currently have ATI 1506 and i don't have a dealer to audition the sherbourn. i've read a review about this amp and everybody is saying good thing about it. but they are all talking about home theater. if there's any sherbourn amp user here, please comment about its performance in 2 channle stereo. i'm using EAD encore as pre/pro and paradigm studio 100 speakers.
please help.
Take a look at the review section. I have had the chance to listen to both the Sherbourn and the ATI. The Sherbourn I listened had a definite hum problem as well as running very hot. It may have been that the dealer who demoed this unit for me had a faulty unit, I am not sure, because I heard tremendous things about the Sherbourn as well and it was very high on my list. However, after giving it a demo I would have to say that I will be looking at the ATI for my amplifier needs.
