Ebert ranted indignently about the degradation of Isabella
Roselinni after she reluctantly appeared nude in the porch scene toward
the end of David Lynch's film "Blue Velvet". Now he condones "Scary Movie". Remember, he loved Wes Craven's "The
Last House On The Left" and gave it a 4* rating, citing its significant social value.
