I saw "Easy Rider" in Witchita Falls, TX (early 69); great soundtrack.
Bought the VHS tape back in the early 90's; caught something I missed in
the first viewing, perhaps you can corrobrate: immediately after the scene
where George (Jack Nickelson)got beaten to death by the bat-wielding rednecks, another scene popped in with Fonda and Hopper talking over breakfast in a resturant, don't remember any talk of the killing or of
a funeral. This seemed strangely callous to me; just left me hanging as
George was a memorable character to me. Wonder if this tape had an interim
scene accidentally or deliberately edited out? Have you noticed this?
