Dear Ferenc,

I saw it almost thrity years ago in Russia - when it came out and I believe it was substantially longer, but my memory of that is not too good. So I am afraid I would not be able to answer your questions.

I happened to be in the Mukachevo area when the movie was being made and recall all the troops movements there, but as far as the fine details of the film - trirty years is too long a time.

I saw the US version recently and loved that one.
