It's reassuring to know that there are still a few magazines that cater to folk who appreciate good writing. Anthony Lane has written a review in this weeks "New Yorker" that I feel is especially good, speaking as one who has been a long-time fan of Coppola, and Joseph Conrad. If you guys are with me and you can't get the link, spend a buck and buy the Magazine--it's worth it. Better yet, subscribe for a few weeks. It doesn't cost much, and even if you don't have the time to read or the brains to appreciate the POV, the cartoons alone are worth the price of admission.
