Sixth Sense was one of the best acted suspense films in years.

Nothing personal, but I seriously doubt that you figured out "Sixth Sense" two minutes into the film. In any case, there was nothing "cornball" about that film, IMHO!

Look, we may have disagreed adamantly "Outside" on politics, etc., but over here I was under the impression that you had reasonably good taste in regards to well crafted films (i.e., your quiry about Citizen Kane being the most obvious example). Apparently, I was mistaken. For the record, unless I misread Dissenter's post he was criticizing "Others," NOT "Sixth Sense" (i.e., he was critical of "Others" being derivative OF "Sixth Sense").

BTW, you mentioned that you walked out of a screening of "Sixth Sense" after 45 minutes. That wouldn't have been at the usher's insistance, would it? ;^)
