I joined in Dec. 2000 and have received only one damaged DVD and have never lost any (to or from).Only one was so scratched as to be unplayable (about half way through the flick).
Some are a little dirty, but a quick wipe and it's dealt with.
I'm in LA, so it usually only takes 1-2 days to get the discs. Overall, a very rousing endorsement from me.
