Leni Riefenstahl died yesterday morning at the age of 101 in her south German home. According to her companion, it was due to complications from cancer.
An astonishing filmmaker, in more ways than one (and that's an understatement!) People will be watching and arguing about "Triumph of the Will" and "Olympiad" for as long as we have audio/visual mediums.
