Need help picking out a DVD for my new TV

I went all out yesterday. I went to circuit city and bought a 57 inch Hitachi TV. I got a good deal, and it was on discount. It was discounted because it was the display model and with no box, but cosmetically everything is mint. I don’t make much money being a custodian so this was a huge purchase. Now I'll need to do extra windows on the side to pay the bill. Anyway, I was tired of watching movies and sports on a small zenith TV and these last couple days it has been on my mind. I bought it and had help loading it into my truck by the friendly workers at CC. Getting it out took 5 people to get it inside my mobile home. My front room is perfect for the beast, and sets in the middle of a rectangular room creating great reflection using my already set up surround sound.

I'm wondering what DVD to rent.
I was thinking of renting "a straight story" by David Lynch, but have seen it so much that I don’t know if will be as visually stimulating. (The sound track is so great though) So many movies! Have any suggestions?
