Heard anything about the soon-to-be-released Enron documentary?

I've caught a couple short bites about it on the radio, but not enough to determine if/when its going to hit theatres. Or perhaps a straight to DVD realease on this one?
FWIW I've heard that the Enron documentary is supposed to be more factual/less sensational than MM's recent efforts.........
