This brand new digital transfer spreads the film over two discs for optimal picture and sound quality. The Amazon web site is misleading when it avers that the deleted scenes can be incorporated into the film through seamless branching. Not so. What can be accessed through seamless branching are little vignettes on how a particular scene or sequence was accomplished. On a happier note, Amazon does not mention that a 6 track DTS EX sound option is included and it sure sounds much better than the so so Dolby 5 channel effort on the original DVD.
There is a multiple array of extras like commentaries, making ofs, etc. Quite a package and attractively priced. There is seven an alternate ending called "Brock's epiphany".
If you like the film this is the version to get.
