Clint Eastwood directed and stars in this movie about a rag tag group of performers in a bankrupt wild west show. When her new husband deserts her, heiress Sondra Locke (Clint's main squeeze at the time) joins the show, much to the chagrin of some members who believe that she has brought them bad luck. This is one of Eastwood's favorites and it shows in the good natured performances he coaxes out of everyone. On DVD in both pan and scan and anamorphic widescreen. Fun.
