Joseph Fienes and elizabeth Shue head up a cast of other Hollywood names, including Sam Shepard, Dennis Hopper, and Mary Syewart Masterson. The film has a three or four story lines which merge together over time into one. Fienes is a convicted murderer released after serving 15 years and he returns home to a small Missisippi town where he grew up. Very well cast and well acted, with a haunting musical score. Recommended.
