I don't even think it's all that well done and yet I know I'm going to have to watch the remaining 20 episodes.My guesses so far as to what's really going on (sorry, I don't remember character names very well)...
I think the father of the other missing girl is in on whatevers happening.
I think the agent Keifer Sutherland had the affair with is the traitor even though it seems like she was cleared (and possibly the other woman, who's helping to decode stuff, is a traitor also).
I think the two male agent's (KS' boss and his former lovers current boyfriend) who seem like they could be in on it are actually stand up guys who will wind up (reluctantly, at first) helping KS when all is said and done
