I don't think this has been released in the US.
For the context, it's good to know that France has a very sophisticated adult comic book market and Enki Bilal is one of the top SF 'comic' book illustrators & writers.
Here, he puts his "La Foire aux immortels" to film - one of the first to use "digital backlot", like Captain Sky or Sin City.
Immortel is more refined, image wise, than Sin City, more perverse than 5th Element and tells the story of Eygyptian Gods 'battling' in New York, 2095.
Features a beautiful Charlotte Rampling and and even more beautiful lead heroine in Linda Hardy.
The images are completely stunning and this is certainly a film worth catching for it's daring, even though the pace is not perfect.
