At one of the premiere showings of Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey", Rock Hudson walked out part way through, saying, Would someone PLEASE tell me what this film is about?". "2001..." is my favorite film but when I saw "Freedomland" the other day I felt like saying the same thing. I just don't understand the point of the movie and lament the fine actors having to appear in it. Did anyone here like it? If so, why?
