means a great or even very good thriller, this film entertains while still managing to offer some interesting ideas regarding the possibility of an afterlife, what could cause "ghosts" to "invade" earth, the land of the living.
The story is too disjointed, jumping from a three-part group to a couple, without much of a reason or a segue, but still the cleverly constructed mood and the creepiness of the images hold one's attention.
Don't expect "The Ring" and you'll have a good time.
