Stereophile Guide to Home Theater June 2000 issues . Reviewers seems well pleased with Pioneer DV-626D which is only 699.99 and another reviewer could find little fault with the progressive scan Toshiba SD-5109 questioning whether the top of the line model could outperform it. It cost 999.00.
