I've got a Sony TA-E9000ES. Excellent sound and build quality. The DSP modes on this one are truely useful and not at all 'DSP' sounding in the usual sense. The remote is... well.. the remote sucks, horribly. All I use it for is to turn on and switch to the correct input, though I do plan on getting some other sort of universal remote eventually. I got mine for $1300 from http://www.sounddistributors.com/, a very nice place to deal with, no hassles. I did look at the Sherwood and Parasound as well, but their lack of multiple digital inputs kept me away, the Sony has more than enough to last a while with a rather sizable system.
