The main tweeters should indeed be at ear level. It is not possible to lower the center to ear level unless you have a projection screen (in which case you can put the center behind the screen). Put the center on top of the TV and try to aim it downward at the listening position. Blu-tack is excellent in helping to acheive the correct downward angle. I doubt you will notice that it is above ear level if you set it up accurately.
