Hello readers. Just picked up a Toshiba SD-1200 DVD player from Mob Shop for right @ $200. It has ColorStream(TM) component outputs. My question is, now I am evaluating 32" TVs in the $600-700 range and want to know:1) Is it preferable to stay with the same brand? My current No. 1 choice, Toshiba's CZ32V51, has component inputs, as well as S-video and composite inputs.
2) Is S-video a subtle or significant step down? Fry's in my area (San Diego) is closing out the highly rated Sony Trinitron model KV-32S40 but it only has 1 S-video input.
Any advice would be welcome! Thanks in advance.
