I just bought a 27" Sony KV-27V42 TV a few weeks ago, and it has Scanning Velocity Modulation, which I have been told causes significant "ghosting".(Is SVM a good feature to even have?) My question is, how do I disable this feature? Can I disconnect it in Service mode or do I have to open up the TV to disconnect it? I've also been told that a digital comb filter will cause huge scan lines when playing video game systems which send an analog signal.. Is there anyway I can disable the digital comb filter too? I would appreciate anyone's help on this... Thanks.
