Thanks for the response, but I get this interference on all my TVs, which include an XBR and my basic 35" Toshiba. Actually, it is less intrusive on a very basic 53" rear projection RCA. The Toshiba is plugged into a Monster 2000, and the RCA is plugged into a 1000. The noise only occurs during times when an extra layer of print, such as a phone number, is overlayed on the screen. I have seen this phenomenon for years, but this is louder than it used to be. I have cleaned all my connections. No change.
