I thought I take this opportunity to vent my unhappiness with Sony products. I've just purchased a DVP-7700 from Sony's Employee Store last week, it arrived through UPS over the weekend without a receipt and the front panel was not operational. I took it back to their Employee store, and they would not give me a new one because I don't have a receipt and they wanted to charge me for the repairs.It's been a long time since I've own anything by Sony, and I don't think I want to buy anthing by Sony in the foreseenable future.
