REVIEW: Audience Auric Illuminator Accessory

63.168.39.212

Upon receiving my package of audience Auric Illuminator, I proceeded to go over the instructions. In the box was a 2oz bottle of liquid, one black felt marker and at least 20 cotton pads. The instructions are very easy and direct .
I chose a few older vocals, some that were the first in my cd collection, as these have had a good break-in.
The first was Franco Corelli sings Opera Arias,EMI CDC-7 47851 2.The second An Old Met Christmas, Met 206 CD. Both CD's are fabulous to listen to, but the treatment really cleaned up and appeared to bring the vocal out a bit more. I also played the disc on other players, as a test, and one player that would skip on certain tracks had no problem reading the information.
I did a test on the LD Hello Dolly, 20th Century Fox,AC-3 version.
This proved an excellent test ,as Fox, or who ever did the recording did it a few db's too low. On side one, Chapter 2 and 3 really came alive. I did a test on both the Pro- logic and Dolby Digital tracks with the same results.
I have done other CD's and LD's and would have to say that the name, Auric Illuminator, is a correct name as it "unmask" and brings foward a natural sound.
Is the product worth the $39.95, get the box and I don't think you will be dissapointed .
