Why use the receivers dac? I also have a 96/24 dac not being used, that I was planning to run the digital out from my DVD (not 96/24) to, from there I'd run the analog outs up to the A1, bypassing it's dac. Wouldn't that work, and actually be preferable? This stuff confuses me.John
