hi,
i have a 36" inteq zenith tv and a toshiba dvd player (and a bose lifestyle home theater system, probably not relevant). i have been using this set-up for a while with the s-video input on the tv. i recently bought monster COMPONENT VIDEO cable and hooked it up. to my dismay, there are very noticable horizontal lines across the screen. i triple checked that i plugged the right wires into the right inputs and i checked several dvd's to make sure it is not a software problem. i cant imagine why this is happening but i am trying to avoid bringing my dvd player anywhere to be checked and i DEFINITELY do not want to move my 160 pound t.v. any ideas of what i can do? thank you in advance for your input.
