The cover for this DVD says that it is 16:9 anamorphic widescreen, yet when I play it on my Sony KP57XBR 16:9 TV it still shows the black bars like a regular letterboxed film. Other DVD's that I have in the anamorphic format don't do this. What's up? Yes, I have the DVD player and the TV set up for 16:9.Mike
