I remember your post, I told you to change your SCART. You said you have this problem only over the SCART, right???

If this is correct, you need to find out what is broken, a VCR or TV. Try on another TV, or bring another VCR.

Tell us what happened, but do not touch the head and tape path alignment. That's not the problem.
