That is more the spot for this type of stuff- use the Video PRocessors forumI use a Quadscan V2.5 pro
It would be a SUBSTANTIAL SUBSTANTIAL upgrade over the internal processing of your projector.Your 3 year old Mitsu does not have a Genesis chip thatdoes 3:2 pull down.
The Quadscan does.
I have a three week old Sanyo XP21n projector and the Quadscan kills it's internal processing.If you have the $ it would be a worthwhile investment for Quadscan or HTPC, but buy from someplace with a return policy (AVS has $999 Desktop models)
Newer HT oriented projectors may be released later this year (but at $5k+) that will include superior internal scalers I suspect.
