I am looking to purchase a dvd player in the next week or two and seeking opinions on the Tosh SD9000 ,Pioneer DV-05, and the Sony
DVP-S7700.The most important feature for me is transport quality( i plan on using this for a cd transport as well as dvd player) followed by picture
quality. I was able to look at the Tosh for a few minutes and liked what i saw. The Sony i have not seen, but have been told that the older
version( dvp-7000) was an excelent transport. I auditioned the pioneer last weekend, however it broke on the second disk ( does not
leave me with a very positive opinion ).On a side note, is there a new version of the Tosh SD9000 comming out in the near future, and if so what new features will it offer.
My thanks to all that reply.
