Complete and absolute newbie to HT needs help...

I need some suggestions on a TV set, to begin with. I'll ask for advice on other components as my budget allows. The only real criterias for the set are:
$700.00(MSRP) or less, of course :)
prefer 32" - smallish room and all
not all that *tweeky* - spend too much time tweeking with my 2-channel system as it is!
As you can see, I'm NOT aiming for the stars with this set up, just want a nice one, and my music system will be completely separate. Well, I hope I've given y'all enough info...
