have 3 to choose from all with 10 foot celings 15x15 13x17 13x24 the last room is upstairs with an angle celing following roof line i am in the construction buisness and any renovations needed i can do and that is not part of the buget and the 5,000 is flexable can spend more but want bang for the buck
