Sorry for the delay (didnt see your ques.)

Check out threads at AVS for discussion, basically a small % of the population notices arainbow when quickly glancing black and forth across a DLP image (especially with black and white image content).
It has something to do with eyes picking up the DLP (which is a single apeture strobing sorta spinning color wheel to generate the image).
The image is stillthere it just looks like a faint rainbow is above it

Some see it, some don't. If you do, it sucks.
