A Denon AVR5700 w/o the amps & a tube ouput?
I'd really prefer a pre-amp w/ 6 (ie: 3 stereo) external monitoring DACs for audio-quality HT & a tube output, but reality will most likely prevent any reasonable design like this from ever seeing the light of day.
Should I then buy a Denon AVR1700 & disconnect the amps to make an affordable pre-amp?
