Try e-bay they. Do a search they have lots of vendors selling Canare component cables on there. Guess they must be the cheapest to buy because its the most popular cables being sold.
Bettercables.com used to sell Canare cables but they now have their own proprietary cables.They may still have some for sale, e-mail and ask.
If you want to step up a bit, buy Belden 1694a based cables. Try RhinoCables.com Their prices are the best I've found.
