I second the rotator suggestion. I have used one for about ten years in San Antonio, Texas w/ no problems or maintenance issues whatsoever. Mine came from Radio Shack and cost about $60.00. Throw in the cables and some other parts, and you will spend about $80.00. Another side benefit is that you can run the signal through a splitter, hook it up to your receiver, and look for some new FM stations that you may not have heard.
