The 9000ES has a pair of analog jacks.
Use one set for HP amp, the other for the TV.
SACD, CD, DVD playback is ok.
Stereo only if Multichannel SACD.Beware DTS.
A loud noise (sounds like old TV or FM radio interchannel hiss) emerges from the analog at a fixed level.DTS sound is intended to be externally decoded. Look for this in your HT receiver.
Both coax and toslink (optical) connect to an external. Intended for CD/SACD/DVD 5.1 and DVD DTS.
Unable to make my 9000es play my CD-R disks. Toast 5 and Mac G4.
I can email my Nikon 990 photos of the rear panel. Send a request.
