What's your opinion on Sony VA777ES surround amp?

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I'm quite sure I want to get a Sony 9000ES DVD/SACD player, but I don't know if this surround amp, being the current top-of-the-line ES model, is a good choice.
I also like the Denon AVC1SE, but its much more expensive.
Any comments?
