I recently moved my audio system to another room, leaving a small sub/sat speaker system driven directly from the TV speaker outputs. Last night I was watching a cable program, in which a man ran through in the background. He ran, yelling, from left to right across the screen, but the sound of his voice went from right to left.I checked my connections, which are correct. Is it common for broadcast or cable TV shows to reverse the channels, or is my cable carrier backwards? Should I reverse my speaker leads? Or is it possible that the particular show was just poorly recorded?
I'll pay attention from now on, but any advice would be appreciated.
Ted
