Under Clinton, I'd have to assume they are innocent until I can pay a jury to convict them. Now, they are guilty by virtue of media say-so, and nothing they do can save them.
I'm working on the story; I have the emails and transcripts of the phone calls, but my lawyer advises me to keep my big mouth shut.
Reminds me of a cartoon in the New Yorker:
