cable spliter with amp for driving 8 tv's + vcr's.

I need recomendations for a cable amp capable of driving 8 TV's
+ a few vcrs. I am now using a RadioShack amp with 4 outputs but
am looking for a much higher quality amp. The problem is with the higher channels, the picture isn't as clean as the lower ones.
Do professional grade amp-splitters exist?
