Home theater in-wall wiring

Hi,
I just started monitoring this board...will be here a lot in the coming weeks...am building a home theater in the basement...framing will be done next week, then comes wiring...so:

1)What kind of wire should I use to run in the wall and across the ceiling to power my rear HT speakers? (It's about a twenty-five foot run.)
2)Is there a good internet source for this wire? I frequent eBay...is there a good source there?
3) The whole home theater will be on its own breaker. Any advice on use of wire/outlets for that?
