Best Connections for Toshiba SD 9200, Sony KP53 HS?0 TV, Onkyo TXDS 797?

Hello

Currently I have Monster Cable component connectors and Toslink between Receiver and DVD-A player. Can anyone advise me as to the best cable types and brands to connect these components for HT and music?
